Three Dimensions Printing

 : Definition of three-dimensional printing

.It is a process of making solid bodies of a digital file

The printed object is created by three dimensional collective manufacturing, it means by adding successive layers of many materials .Every layer of these layers can be seen as a sliced cross-section of this object

3d printing enables you to produce complex shapes by consumin less materials than that in traditional ways

Technology of 3d printing: The first stage of three-dimensional printing process is designing a three-dimensional digital model

This stage can be achieved by many programs .At the end of this stage ,the model is transferred to a readable file by the printing machine that is when the file become a printable .The coming step is preparing the file to the three-dimensional printer , and this is what called stagmentation

Stagmentation is from a printable file into a three-dimensional printer .Stagmentation mainly is dividing a three-dimensional model to hundreds or thousands of layers by using stagmentation programs .When a file is sliced , that means it is a printable .The file can be connected to your printer by Wi-Fi , SP or USB .Now , the file is ready to use by three-dimensional printing layer by layer

The three-dimensional printing contains many techniques and materials which can be used in almost all industries, such as -consumable products(glasses ,shoes ,  designings and furniture.).

Industrial products-

Dentistry products-

Artificial limbs-

Architectonic stereophonics-

Rebuilding of fossils-

Imitation of old artifacts-

 : Used material in printing
Materials made or printed by three-dimensional printers are in the shape of layers according to the designing and process .Some materials like plastic ,metals, concretes, ceramics, papers, nylon and some of food articles such as chocolates and sugar are used in three-dimensional printing in regard of the object required to print

: The applications of this technology

: In the field of cars

cars' manufacturers use three-dimensional printing for long- time- .Companies of cars print spare parts ,tools  ,formulations and end-use spare parts .Three-dimensional printing provided the manufacturing in rule of demand which led to shortage of stock levels and lack of designing and production cycles

Car-lovers in all over the world use three-dimensional printed parts to bring old cars back .One of the examples related to this topic is the Australian engineers when printed parts to bring Delage Type-C back to life and the parts which were out of production for decades

: In the field of building

?! Is it possible to print a building

Yes ,it is Three-dimensional printed houses are indeed commercially available .Some companies print the finished parts and others do that in the location of building

: In the field of food

it is one of the emerging applications in terms of process ,ways of printing and materials .There are enthusiastic companies in this field .New ways of preparing and providing food especially the prepared one will emerge .The first users of this field were the makers of sweets like ,chocolate and sugar and this by using specialized printers .There are some innovative experiences of food articles like printing meats; on the level of cellular proteins .Lately, three-dimensional printing was used in preparing macaron. Regarding the future of this technology, large fortune will be in the sake of printed food because all of us, at the end, need food

: In the field of industrial products

: Shoes-

Adidas 4D's group contains a wholly three-dimensional printed shoe which is printed in large amounts. In 2018, they printed 100000 copy of it and the total production is expected to reach to 5.9 billion dollars by 2029

 : Glasses-

the market of three-dimensional printed glasses has been expected to reach- to 3.4 billion dollars by 2028. There is asection rabidly increases which is the section of glasses framework

: Fashion-

a way has been found to print the clothes, such as gowns, hats and bags in three-dimensional printing. (Irish Van Herpen) is considered as one of the leaders in this field .She produced collections and models presented in Paris and Milan by using the technology of three-dimensional printing. She get ride of the traditional ways, which are no longer suitable, of making dresses

: In the field of Medicin and Dentistry

it is one of the fields which adopted three-dimensional printing in early times .That is to improve the life of sick people by using this technology in the industrial medical field through facturing prototypes to support and develope the medical products as well as the dentistry tools .Examples of medical industries are ,the industry of detailed models for metal casting of crowns ,the industry of medical equipments .In addition, three-dimensional printing was used in the industry of prosthesis for using it in transplantations such as haunch, knee, specific joints ,organs of hearing ,diorthotic and artificial limbs for people who suffer from osteoporosis and cancers

This technology is developing to print the skin, bones and narcotization , pharmaceutical tools and even human organs

These technics, despite of its promising beginning, need long time to become as commercial exploitation and to be available for all people

This essay clarifies the importance of this technology and its great benefits such as:

.It is cheaper than traditional ways of industry and less complexity-

.easy to produce large quantities and high qualities with less times possible-

.It is ecofriendly technology-

.It produces less pickings comparing with the traditional ways-

.It is lighter and stronger than traditional ways-
